Donate to Louisiana BOW

There are many ways you can make a donation and make a difference.

Monetary

The Becoming an Outdoors-Woman program is a non-profit workshop that is sponsored by LDWF. It relies entirely on participant registration fees and donations to operate. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated.

All registration fees and donations are placed into the BOW account operated by the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation. These funds are used to purchase new equipment and supplies for 30 different classes, facility rentals and meals, entertainment, and participant ‘goodies’.

Monetary donations should be made payable to: Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation or LWFF (place BOW donation in the memo area)

  • A door prize (all participants are eligible for a door prize)
  • A raffle item (all monies collected for raffles are spent solely on the BOW program)
  • A ditty bag item (if items of 200 or more are donated, they are placed in a welcome bag for all participants and workers)

After receiving your donation, we will place your name, company, and/or organization on a list which is given to each participant at the upcoming workshop so you will receive recognition of your generous contribution.
